Below are the items that need to be addressed prior to iss«ance of a building hermit. Site Plan-. 1} Please provide. a flood plain certificate. 2) A smaller bush on the south side of the entrance needs to be added to help provide the required buffer. 3) Three handicap parking stalls ate needed per the IBC 2006, Chapter 1 1. The parking stalls in the southwest comer maybe too smaU for maneuvering. Cine plan notes 12 and the other notes 13. Please verify the correct number. 4) Identify the internal accessible pedestrian walt�;ay to the -right of way Ulitliout using the driveway.
