Screening along southern property line is being researched - therefore, more trees and shrubs may be required. 9-25-2008 According to the minutes of the Aug 20, 2Q03 City Council meeting, it was determined that screening of pine trees and poplars were adequate screening of business park for those residential lots to the south. Alternate between the two types of trees, however, to increase solar access, no pine trees should be planted that will cast a shadow on the proposed building during the winter months and during the neon hour.
