Handicapped pan loading needs to be on right
side of parking spare such that a van that parks
heed -ire will have loading aisle on the loading
side of the vehicle.
Interior, sidewalks need to connect to right-of-
way (Summers Drive) through texture change -
e.g. concrete, pavers, scared concrete.
Identify location of HVAC equipment.
Screening along southern property line is being
researched - therefore, more trees and shrubs
may be required.
9-25-2008 According to the minutes of the Aug
20, 2Q03 City Council meeting, it was
determined that screening of pine trees and
poplars were adequate screening of business
park for those residential lots to the south.
Alternate between the two types of trees,
however, to increase solar access, no pine
trees should be planted that will cast a shadow
on the proposed building during the winter
months and during the neon hour. As a
minimum, pine trees reed to be 7 -feet tall at
planting,. and deciduous treys need to be 1.5 -
inch to 2 -inch caliper at planting.

Increase north sidewalk from 5 to 6 feet to allow
