IN THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: November 18, 2021 at 6:35 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and
Zoning Commission,in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 35 North 1 st East,
Rexburg, Idaho,to Annex properties in the Impact Area at approximately 100 N 12"'W in the
Transitional Agriculture (TAG) and Community Business Center (CBC) zones into the City of
Rexburg for file (#2100754).
The proposed zone change at approximately 100 N 12"'W,will be from Transitional Ag(TAG) and
Community Business Center (CBC) to Mixed Use (MU) zone.
Legal Description of Property:
Commencing at the southwest Corner of section 24,Township 6 North, Range 39 East,Boise
Meridian,Madison County,Idaho, and running thence North 0°09'30" West a distance of 846 70
feet along the West section line; thence North 90°00'00" East a distance of 48.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence North 0°09'30" West,a distance of 768.80 feet; thence North 90°00'00"
East, a distance of 962.96 feet; thence South 0°00'00" East, a distance of 768.79 feet; thence North
90°00'00" West a distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 0°00'00" East,a distance of 806.70; thence
North 90°00'00" West, a distance of 30.00 feet;thence North 0°00'00" East,a distance
of 806.70 feet; thence South 90°00'00" West, a distance of 920.84 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to existing county road right of way and easements of record.

At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed annexation. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 17, 2021. This notice is given pursuant to
the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
