�- Parapets
dee. 1710. (a) General. Parapets shall be provided on all exterior walls of bu'ld-
ings.
EXCEPTION: A parapet need not be provided on an exterior wall when EXCEPTION:any of
the, following conditions exist;
A. The wuii �s not required to be of fire -resistive construction.
B. The wall, due to locafion on property line, may have unprotected openings.
C. The building has an area of not more than 1,000 square feet an any floor.
