They connected to the existing waterline incl then dropped each newly installed length of pipe a few Tenches until they acquired the needed 5 feet of cover. Also accompanying the fetter is the marked up copy of as -milt drawings which you submitted to our office in early August. We have made the changes as you had noted and have also provided additional references and corrections as we finalized the record drawings. Also included are two copies of the easements from Ericksons and Anderson, These have been executed and should be recorded with County Recorders office. The easement across the Comfort inn property is being done dedication on a site plan record of survey. This probably should be maintained in the City's records. We have rechecked all man -hales and have removed some accumulated material which was found in some of the man -hales. There is approximately / to 3 of and inch of water that stands in two of the man -hies due to the extremely flab slope of the 18 11 line. The lid of man -hole 7 is in the Erickson's property. Due to the tact that they wish to continue farming the site we have recessed the man -hole deep enough so that they can farm across the top of it. This was a condition they made in giving an easement to that property. At the time the property is developed the man -hole can be raised to thefinished gra-de of the developed site. The 4" sewer pressure line has been added to the as -built drawings. f hope that with this information you will consider the project accepted, and can make payment to Walker Cross so that final payment can be mads to the contractor.
