SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR WALKER CROSS PROPERTY
(COMFORT INN SITE)
5C-1 Developer will provide to the City fully executed public utility easements for all of the
utilities as shown an the approved Improvement Plans
SC -2 City participation in waterlines:
- The City will participate in the cosi of increasing the sire of the waterline and its
fittings from a 6 -inch diameter size to a 12 -inch diameter size.
- The City will pay the cost of extending a 6 -inch diameter waterline from the
subject 12 -inch waterline northerly to connect to the existing 6 -inch waterline at
the wester end of Park Street.
- The City will pay the cost of extending (including boring & liner) a 1 +0 -inch diameter
waterline across Main Street.
- These waterlines and fittings shall be as shown on the approved Improvement
Plans.
- The costs associated with this waterline participation are estimated to b -e as
follows:

are being constructed for the Comfort Inn by R&S Construction. The City has agreed that they
will pay fora portion of the casts on this project. A breakdown is ishovtiring the costs
which are to be shaped by the City and which are to be paid by Walker Cross. From the attached
summary it can be seen that the pity owes $�4,320.40 dor the amount of work which has been
