THIS REVOCABLE LICENSE made this

1994, by and between R & G Taylor Investments, an Idaho General

called Licensor and The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of

WHEREAS, Licensees The Corporation of the Presiding
Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a Utah
Corporation Sole is renting property located in Rexburg, Idaho
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 4; Block 38
of the Rexburg Townsite as per the recorded plat
thereof and running thence North 165 feet; thence West
178.5 feet; thence South 85 feet; thence East 72 feet;
thence South 17 feet,, thence East 15 feed; thence South

WHEREAS, the Licensor is willing to grant a revocable
license to the Licensee for vehicular ingress and egress over the
following described property owned by Licensor on the terms and
conditions herein stated and on the express condition that the
Licenses neither claims nor has claimed any permanent right of
use or easement over ground owned by Licensor.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, a revocable
license which is revocable at any time for any reason and without
cause by
Licensor
over the fallowing described real

Licensor
for vehicular ingress and egress
for access to
a building being leased by Licensee located an the property above
described:
