The attacbed list gives some of these dimensions. See CA]30/ANSI Al 17.1 for more detailed dimensioning for handicapped accessible facififties. This would also cover such thins as "accessible counters" in reception/waiting room areas. Some ind'cation on the plans as to where "handicapped accessible features or facilities" are and a reference to the CABO/ANSI Al 17.1 would be acceptable as far as we are concerned. 5. The sidewalk, as spawn, does not conform t0 the P & Z Commission's requuements. These Water and Sewer Improvement Plans have to be and were approved by the City of Rexburg and the Naha Dept, of En"ronmental Quality. Unfortunately they were not followed when Dr, Crunch's office was canstructed. Now a new set of Water & Sewer Improvement Plans need to be prepared dor the aid set of Foirsgren plans revised to shote how the newly proposed water, sanitary sewer ,end storm drain facilities for the subdivision are going to meed bath State of Idaho and City of Rexburg Standards. The following procedures and requirements need to he understood: 12, A-1 -- There sill seems to be some confusion about what meds to be dons with the r -__ � storm A. w� The Engineer preparing the water, sever and storm drain plans muS be a licensed Engineer in the State of Idaho. B. -- The Water and Sewer Improvement Plans need to show the waterline location,, size, ties, crosses, valves, fire hydrants, etc. They also need to shove the sanitary sever and storm drain line locations, size, elevations, manholes, inlet bores, etc. IN C. -- A�e�` the Develot)er's EnLyineer �re�at'es these ager and Sewer Imnrovement Plam._ they have to be reviewed and approved by the City of Rexburg and the Idaho Dept. of Environmental Quality. .u. -- After the above referenced approvals are secured, the Developees Engineer stakes out the vvater, sanitary sewer and. storm drain �i.6 n�s; �ns�ects the construction of thslines, and certifies to theCity and State tha i they were installed in accordance with the Water and Sewer improvement Plans and the City's Standard D rawmgs and Specifications.
