along the south side of 1st South St. It was to be 5 ft. south of the existing curb line and to
connect to, the handicapped ramp at the comer. The sidewalk, as spawn, does not conform t0
the P & Z Commission's requuements. The sidewalk, as Shawn, is set so far back from the
curb that it would be "flat -of direction" and hard to "Conn ect-ta" when the future sidewalk to the
west of this lot is installed under a future focal Improvement District.

the Subdivision Developer, had, Forwren Associates prepare SubdivisionWater and Sewer
Improvement Plans for the subdivision. These Water and Sewer Improvement Plans
have to be and were approved by the City of Rexburg and the Naha Dept, of
En"ronmental Quality. Unfortunately they were not followed when Dr, Crunch's office
was canstructed. Now a new set of Water & Sewer Improvement Plans need to be
prepared dor the aid set of Foirsgren plans revised to shote how the newly proposed water,
sanitary sewer ,end storm drain facilities for the subdivision are going to meed bath State of
Idaho and City of Rexburg Standards. The following procedures and requirements need
to he understood:

Engineer in the State of Idaho.
B. -- The Water and Sewer Improvement Plans need to show the waterline location,, size,

drain line locations, size, elevations, manholes, inlet bores, etc.

everyone associated with tffis development needs to understand that sorntgne is gomg to have to
accept the responsibility for seeing that these things are done. _ V
Some specific items that need to be addressed by the engineenng firm that does the above -
referenced water and sewer plans are:

vertical plane. The Engineer preparing the plans will need to deal with these conflicts.
