This proposal is a request to develop 2 phases of apart ents 34
units in each phase. A majority of units will be 2 bedroom and the
balance 1 bedroom.. We will not allow single students unless they
are handicapped.

nearest fire hydrant? Is any point of the building further than 150
feet from access sufficient in width for fire f ighting equipment?

fire hydrants. No point in the building is more than 150 feet from
sufficient fire access. All the structures are one or two story with
2 exits from each unit.

The parking and landscape plans have been submitted for City of
Rexburg review. I believe we meet all requirements for parking and
lland&l�ape. The identical use at Brenchley has a signinficant surplus
of parking, and iYs landscape is beautiful. Please expect the same
to be true at both phases of West Tisbury,
