Building Inspection Sequence
INSPECTIONS
Types of I n pest ions : For on-site construction, from time to time
the building official, upon notification from the permit holder or hi -
agent, shall make or cause to be made any necessary inspections and shall
either approve that port a -n of the construction a completed r shall

with this code.

3. FoundationInspection; The foundation inspect ion shall include
excavations for -thickened slabs intended for the support of bearing walls,
partitions, structural supports, equipment and special r u it nt for
wood foundations,. All forms and rel".nforcing steel, etc., shall be in place.
4. Trus I n t ion : Designs and installation Inf rmat ion must be
submitted to the City before delivery of trusses. Inspection of trusses t
see they meet shop drawing requirements and that they are Installed and
braced adequately .
5. Plumbing., Mechanical and ltri al Rough inspect ion : Commonly
made prior to covering or concealment, before fixtures are set, and prior
to framing in t� n#
. Frame and Masonry Inspect ion : Commonly made after the roof,
masonry, all framing,it in rat o i n and bracing are Ln place
and after the plumbingf mechanical and electrical rough inspect ions are
approved'
7. Lath and/or Wallboard Inspection: Commonl made after all lathing
and/or wallboard interior is in place, but before any plaster is applied,
r before wallboard joints and fasteners are taped and finished.

PROJECT SCHEDULE: Contractor reported that the 3rd level slab should be ready to cast
by 10 February 1997 and that the masonry contractor should be
done in the security area by th,e end of February 1997. This
would provide work for M & E.
SUBMITTALS: JRW will meet with the Owner
and ABS Friday, 10 am, January 30 to discuss the security
glazing and key schedule.
TEST RESULTS Concree and masonry tests have all exceeded design values.
Architeci wi�.�. direct the testingof a rna
�anr� prism test.
OTHER ITEMS: Discussed the status of the change Order for credit and time
extension,
MEETING- PURPOSE: A coordination meeting will beheld approximately ve -y 60 days
to assist the contractor and identify any issues that may
