SUBJECT: Rezone Application – Rexburg 32
Dear Planning Department,
On behalf of Ball Ventures, Horrocks Engineers is submitting a Rezone Application for the Rexburg 32
project. The site’s current comprehensive plan map designation is Rural and is generally located West of
S Frontage Rd and South of W 2000 S.
PROPOSED PROJECT
We are requesting a rezone to allow for the project site to change from a LDR2 zone to a CBC zone.
EXISTING LAND USES
Existing land use is currently agricultural.
ADJACENT PROPERTY USES AND ZONE
Agricultural:
Parcels to the South (RP06N40E180015 and RP06N40E180017) are zoned Transitional Agriculture.
Commercial:
Parcels to the East (RPR6N40E173008 and RPR6N40E173012) are zoned Community Business Center.
Parcels to the Northeast (RPR4MCS0010010 and RPR4MCS0010010) are zoned Regional Business
Center.
PROPERTY USE
The anticipated use of this site is a RV Park.
CONCLUSION

Rexburg Planning Department for review.
