The only comment we had was from the Fire Chief, who said we needed a fire hydrant Ln front of the building. He wondered what the setback should The ordinance says we look at the average setback on all of the houses on the atreet rather than just a block. We reed to clarifythe ordinance. Stephen stated the lard back in there is subject to an easement and Mr May's deed would show that he has an ingress/egress easement. It doe rgr have to show i't.
