I reviewed the drawing of the Subway building and came up Vn'th the falla ng:
Using the factor of 20 square feet for the main area and break room I came up NW'th a occupant
load of about I 1 1. This would require two exits and 33 -Yr of exit. The exits are to close
together and need to be separated according tv the code or the occupant load restricted tv under
50 persons. The stairways may need some improvements.
There is no requirement for a fire alarm system.
There is no requirement for a fire sprinkler system.
They would be required tv have two fire extinguishers. intmum 2 I O -BC each.
