AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE 725
PROVIDING FOR FENCE HEIGHT, LANDSCAPING STRIPS, REDUCED
SETBACKS, AND SIDEWALK. LOCATION AND SIZE.

Ordinance No. ?ZS is hereby atnended as follows.
SECTION I. That Section 4.7 B (a) be amended to read, {a} Frontages. The maximum
height of any fence, wall, or other sight obscuring object within fifteen (15) fejt of
of the public right-of-way shall be three feet. Fences would be allowed in excess of
three feet if constructed out of rigid materials and approved by Planning& honing

high within 15 feet of the right -a - way. Fences shall not be greater in height than

SECTION 11. That Section 4.9 be amended to read, When fifty (50) percent or more
