LOCATION AND SIZE. a BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF a RE-tXBURG, IDAHO. Ordinance No. ?ZS is hereby atnended as follows. SECTION I. That Section 4.7 B (a) be amended to read, {a} Frontages. The maximum height of any fence, wall, or other sight obscuring object within fifteen (15) fejt of of the public right-of-way shall be three feet.
