The plans have been reviewed by aU necessa_ry depa-rtments for the apartments 1c)ca.ted at 360 W 2ncl S. Below are the items that
need to be addressed prior to issuance of a building per='t:
1) Please indicate the size and quantity of water meters that will be installed.*
2) Please verify what � - r method is going to be used. Electrical dnawl.'ng shows cond 't (I V2") and # 2 wire to eacli unit -ii Ul
not using SER cable to feed No electrical plan was subtted for the circuits in the units. Make sure Nviring compEcs with
