MADISON FE I OVAL PARK PROFESSIONAL PARK ROBERT r TEE` BART r Bart Stevens was at the meeting to show the revised plans for Dr Robert Walker in the Madison Professional Farb that had previousiy been approved. It has an unfinishedbent and he wants to finish it and rent it to a Physical Therapist. He wants to put parking down the side f the buildi_ng, with it perking stalls. There 'is an overhead power line so because of that Dr Crouch had to make the lot next to it really small. Bart explained the parking. He handed out copies of plan and showed pictures. Dr Walker's building has 3500 square feet on the main floor and 1800 feet in the basement which will be finished for the therapist. Jim questioned the paving, saying there iB too much asphalt. discussion Jiro wanted to see copies of the minutes and a copy of the plan for Madison Professional Park(also covenants). Bart explained that there is 9000 square landscaping. Jim stated he sold the concept of this neighborhood on the concept that it would not be a massive arin lot and that is what it is becoming, Mary Ann stated remembered that i was to be a nice residential area with arof � � anal office overlay and Miers was suppose to be low volume traffic type businesses, not necessarl-ly all Doctors.
