Businesses - We are purchasing the building today, remodeling Suites 203, 204, 205 and Vue Advisors will lease 203 (Aaron Marcum, Business Advisor) and Cooper Norman, CPAs will lease
204 and 205. We are Certified Public Accountants. Suites 201 and 202 already have tenants, a daycare and home health admin office.
We would like to start demolition this week but will not construct any walls without a permit.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

If you are changing size of windows or rebuilding any walls, if you are moving electrical outlets or adding any fans, vents etc. for mechanical. You will need a permit. If you will
bring in a set of plans to show us what you are doing, then we can help you know what will need to be permitted. When applying, we will require a set of plans with the demolition and
the remodel. Commercial work will need to be done by an Idaho licensed contractor. You can apply on our website.

I was told to reach out to you for questions regarding a building permit. We recently bought a commercial building in Rexburg and we are going to remodel it. Basically new paint, new
carpet, new siding. We are going to construct a couple of partition walls and remove a couple. They’ll be no modifications to plumbing. We are Considering adding two exterior windows.
Do I need a permit? If so where do I get it? The building inspector that I reached out to told me to contact you.
