Here is a list of the items which still need to be addressed concerning the Grand Auto Supply
Construction Project.
1. Still need Flood elevation Certificate brand Auto Supply and Sears}.
2, Add details on plot pian showing dimensions from right-of-way to back of curb and from
right -of -wad to sidewalk.
3. Sign is in sight triangle. This 'is okay but will introduce sight triangle limitations on the
sign.
4, Lorene Drive must have 6a' width from right-of-way to right-of-way.
5. an Street Section, identify Lorene drive as haying 3.5" plantmix and 20F1 of Granular
Borrow.
6. Show concrete driveways on plot plan.
?. Clearly Identify on pian 2 doors as being handicap accessible and provide landing details
(minimum length is 44" in direction of travel).
S. Identify back-flow preventer requirementfor sprinkler system.
