Commercial Tenant Remodel Permit Submission Requirements
Two (Z) sits of plans must be submitted which should include the follovfing:
I . Floor plan, indicatincr the space layout and location of the space within the building.
(Must show access to the building's exits.)
2. Label use of each room and/ox area.
3. Wall sections showing soffit and fascia dimensions.
4. Fumiture plan may be required (free-standing stork shelves, fixed shelving and display
racks should be shown.)
5. Mechanical plan, when applicable.
6. Plumbing plan indicating fixtures, when applicable.
7. ElectricaURefiected cezlin� plan, (Gimme complete s�.�mfixturesmation of ���htin� and
wattage per fixture for NWEC lighting budact.)
S. Elevations and details of store front if not part of original building shell.
9. Door and hardware sched-Lile for remodeled area.
10.,, Label all fire -rated walls and carmdors, when applicable.
11. Flame spread fest data to be submitted for all wail coverings 1/2811 or thicker.
12. Usable square footage of enure space.

10. Label all fire -rated walls and corridors, when applicable.
11. Flame spread,test data to he submitted for all wall coverings 1128" or thi cker.

3. Foundation Inspection The foundation inspection shall include
excavations for thickened slabs intended for the support of bearing walls,
part it ions, structural support , r i m t and special requirements for
wood foundations. All forms and reinforcing steel, etc., shall be in place.
