We have reviewed the plans for the Furniture buildin�; and have "Identified ed the need to
address the following items:
� . Show dimensions on plot planf'rom buRdi.ng to lot hnes. The south wall of the buflding
mush be at le ast S feet from the property Line, otherwise openings are not allowed 'in this
wadi as per 1994 UBC Table 5A. The south wall scales out at 3 foot from the property
Zine. .
2. Show' the south door (and any openings added to the -south wall) as 314 hour ire protected
as per 1994 UBC Fable 5A #5.
3. Two exterior walls must have apexvngs _for Fire'Department access in every 50 feed of
UBCwalL. As per Section 904.2.2 #1. 'Remember any neve openings in the south wall
must be 314 hour fire protected as per 1994'UBC Table 5A #5-

parking on the east end. and move that row to the front ofbuilding.

Except for Group Rr Division 3 and Group U occupancies, an
automatic sprinkler system shall be installed:
1. Irl every story or basement of all buildings when the floor
