NOTES:
1. 12' of Granular Borrow (see Standard Specifications
Section 201.03) shall be required under oil
concrete unless naturally occuring granular
base molericl is encountered and approved by the
City Engineer.
2. All concrete shall be cured with o curing
compound as specified in the Standard
Specifications or as directed by the
City Engineer. (Materials Section is 501.07)
3. Standard sidewalk width is 5 fool in new
construction. Standard slope is 1/4' per
foot to street.
4. Place preformed expansion joint filler at
drrvewoy construction and at maximum
spacing of 50 feel for new sidewalk
construction.

6. Elevation at bock of walk based upon o slope
rate of 1/4' per foot from the theoretical top of
curb to bock of walk. Drivaway slope will then be
variable matching the bock of sidewalk eievolion
and the top of depressed curb elevation.
