While trying to review your plains for the hazardous material storage snit, I have
identified the fallowing items that need your attention:
I . Please provide details describing the "New Cinder Buildi'lig'' which has been
shown next to the Hazar(lous Materials Storage Building, an the, plot pjanb
?. Provide all d
imensions for building from property lines and other buildings on the
plod pian.
3. All pages of plan mush be stamped bV, a ficenced engi.ee or architect a.s peg 9
UBS Section 106.
4. The, Rexburg Fire Denaftment has racludei a list of ftems that must be addressed.
I have attached a copy of the List. They have also issuec a statement that says the,
quantities provided on the Ricks College Hazardous Waste St o -rage Inventory list
tivould make a "S" occupancy possibly as long as you da not store any material
abase the reported quantity 1-inits for the life. of the structure. I have also attached
a copy of that list. The other occupancy possi"bility would be an H-7 not an H-3.
An H-7 occupancy would require additional requirements.
