Please provide details describing the "New Cinder Buildi'lig'' which has been shown next to the Hazar(lous Materials Storage Building, an the, plot pjanb ?. Provide all d imensions for building from property lines and other buildings on the plod pian. 3. All pages of plan mush be stamped bV, a ficenced engi.�ee� or architect a.s peg 9� UBS Section 106. 4. The, Rexburg Fire Denaftment has �raclude�i a list of ftems that must be addressed. I have attached a copy of the List. They have also issuec� a statement that says the, quantities provided on the Ricks College Hazardous Waste St o -rage Inventory list tivould make a "S" occupancy possibly as long as you da not store any material abase the reported quantity 1-inits for the life. of the structure. I have also attached a copy of that list. The other occupancy possi"bility would be an H-7 not an H-3. An H-7 occupancy would require additional requirements.
