Rough inspection: Commonly made prior to covering or concealment, before fixtures

Upon reviewing the code analysis for the Melaleuca Call tenter in our office, we feel that the,
occupancy classification for the Sales�ata Processing area (11-5) and Employee Lounge (112)
should: be B instead of A-3. Thi is based upon Section 03 of the Handbook to the U niform
Building Code. It states that an important item to be considered in Section -303 is the defimtion of
assembly building.(See attached fax.) We feed that these rooms (112 & 115) do not fall under an
assembly building definition. We wish to brink this to your attention as fou review the above

This letter is tieing sent in regards to the Melaleuca remodel project underway an the gold
Brouhm's building at 57 West Main St. in Rexburg.
As Part of the building permit process, itis required by the City of Rexburg to landscape
10% of the parking area. Melateuca's intentions are to comply with all city requirements.
Because of the lateness in the year, the weather i's new not conducive to doing this
landscaping work. Therefore,, Melaleuca is requesting a temporary occupancy permit to
be issued when the buading remodel is complete (aFproximately December 30, 2000).
The landscaping would then be completed, as per submitted documents,, when weather
permits (April Y-- May 200 1).
