Attached is a drawing showing typical concrete driveway construction in .Rexburg. New concrete sidewalk and/or curb and gutter seeds to have I ft. of Granular Borrow under it. There also needs to be a handicapped ramp at the corner of the two sireets.(See enclosed dmrg. for typical construction.) As Valley River Die only has a 60 ft. wide right of way, the 5 ft. sidewalk will be right at the back of curb. There are presently no depressed curbs along Valley River Drive., The public water, sanitary sewer and storm drain Tines are shown on the drawings enclosed herewith.
