THE INTENDED PURPOSE OF THIS SHELTER IS TO HOUSE ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT. IT IS TO BE USED ONLY BY MAINTENANCE PERSONAL ON AN OCCASIONAL BASIS. NO STORAGE OF MATERIALS ARE ANTICIPATED. SETBACK REQUIREMENTS: 4�- APPR0 AIF BUILDING INSPECTOR FRONTPAGE NEWCOM WIRELESS MODEL 814 Iu 20027 M11 General notes: 1. All roof decking plywood to be douglas fir with outer faces C grade and fully plugged, exterior glue. 2. Caulk all joints between skin panels, edge caps and corner caps with "Vulkem" brand No.921 caulk or engineering approved alternate polyurethane. 3. Flooring to be solid vinyl tile, 1/8" nominal thickness, adhesive bonded to substrate. 4. All panel plywood nailers, skin panels etc., to be constructed flush to adjacent members. 5. Air conditioner to be installed per manufacturers recommendations. 6. All dimensions are in inches and fractions thereof. 7. Roofing material is heat applied, single coat. Base sheet shall conform to UL Classification G2 Base Sheet. Prep strip to be smooth modified bitumen membrane having a nominal thickness of 140 mils. Roofing final membrane to be modified bitumen membrane having a nominal thickness of 180 mils with a granular surface. All roofing to be applied per manufacturer's recommendations. 8. All insulation used in walls shall be two inch rigid, beaded polystyrene, with an R value of 4.75 per inch. Insulation material shall be separated by 1/2" gypsum or equivalent thermal barrier material which will limit the unexposed surface to no more than 250 deg. F after 15 minutes of fire exposure. Ceiling insulation shall be Thermax brand foil faced polyisocyanruate foam core sheathing manufactured by Celotex Corp. Floor insulation shall be kraft -faced fiberglass batts to a maximum thickness of 6". 9. Adhesive used is Franklin brand construction adhesive type "FS", meeting ASTM C-557-73 typical unless otherwise noted. Structural Notes: 1. Exterior skin to be "ColorKlad" brand minimum 26 gauge G90 galvanized steel sheet, manufactured by Vincent Metal Goods, finished per customer request one side. 2. Trim and edge molding to be fabricated from skin sheet and supported by clips fabricated from 18 gauge galvanized steel sheet or screw fastened . 3. Fasteners for skin and moldings to frame construction to be stainless steel, #10, hex head with sealing washer as required, self -tapping, self -drilling screws. 4. All nuts and bolts to be steel, A307 grade. 5. Hold down reaction load at corner hold down assembly to be by ballast or other means. 1.244 pounds ballast for hold down reaction required for 100 mile per hour wind load. 6. Steel tube is minimum 2" x 2" x.120" wall, A500 Grade B. Heavier wall thickness are specified as required. 7. Floor/skid weldment utilizes C8x11.5 and structural tubing. Additional structure is provided in structure to support point loads. See detail. 8. All welding is gas metal -arc. Filler material (rod) is 0.035" diameter carbon steel, "Tri -Mark brand #/786-S meeting AWS A 5.18, ER 70S-6. Size as indicated. 9.
