NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, November 14, 2001, at 7:45
p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding zone change from Medium Density Residential with Professional Overlay (MDR/PO)
to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2).
The said property is located at th ,northeast ower of West Main and 4' West, Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows:
Commencing at a point 4 rods East of the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 43 of the
City of Rexburg, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South 20
rods; thence East 4 rods; thence North 20 rods; thence West 4 rods to the point of
beginning.
ALSO
Commencing 108 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Block 43, of the Rexburg
Townsite, Madison County, Idaho, and running thence West 90 feet; thence South 220
feet; thence East 90 feet; thence North 220 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO.
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 43 of the Original Rexburg
Townsite, in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat

and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
