The said property is located at 1450 N. Salem Road, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Beginning at a point that is South 0°11'41" West 199.66 feet from the West Quarter corner of Sec. 17, Twp. 6 N., R. 40 E., Boise Mer., Madison County, Idaho, and running East 286.00 feet; thence South 0°11'41" West 170.00 feet; thence West 286.00 feet to the section line; thence North 0°11'41" East 170.00 feet along the section line to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. February 13, 2001.
