NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, October 24, 2001, at 7:10 p.m.,
in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of converting the existing vacant Rite-Aid
building into a temporary manufacturing facility.
The said property is located at 125 Valley River Dr., Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is
described as follows:
Commencing at a point West 205.00 feet and North 0004'10" East 30.0 feet from the
West Quarter Corner of Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 E., Boise Meridian,
Madison County, Idaho, and running thence West 155.71 feet; thence 140.40 feet
clockwise along a curve with a radius of 573.11 feet and a central angle of 14°02'10" ;
thence North 75°57'50" West 57.66 feet; thence 155.10 feet counterclockwise along a
curve with a radius of 633.11 feet and a central angle of 14°02'10"; thence West 75.83
feet; thence North 0°00'32" East 600.93 feet; thence North 88°41' East 376.60 feet; thence
North 89°49' East 354.60 feet; thence South 0°04'10" West 439.50 feet; thence West
150.41 feet; thence South 0°04'10" West 205.0 feet to the point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections
and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept
written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on October 23, 2001.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
