I have finished the review of the BYU-IDAHO Multi -Use Facility plans and have
identified the following discrepancies:
I need more detailed information on the storm water drainage facilities. Please
provide details as well as calculations.
The parking provided appears to be below that required by City of Rexburg
Ordinance. I show a possible occupant load requiring 558 parking spaces.
Address Fire Department requests as per the review that I have attached to this
document.
We will need to set up a meeting with you to discuss special inpections. Please let me
know when a convenient time to meet would be. If you have any questions please give me a call
at 359-3020 ext. 314.
