The said property is located southeast of the Kimball Building on Ricks College Campus, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Beginning at a point 1013.15 feet North 0°15'01" West and 49.50 feet South 89°44'59" West from the southeast comer of Sec. 30, Twp, 6 N., R. 40 E., Boise Meridian, thence 589.29 feet South 89°44'59" West; thence 657.98 feet North 0°15'01" West; thence 103.26 feet North 34°57'13" West; thence 648.11 feet North 89°44'59" East; thence 758.89 feet South 0°15'01" East to the point of beginning, containing 10.34 acres. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. on March 5, 2001.
