NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, September 26, 2001 at 7:10 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding the
Annexation and Zone Change of said property located in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and
described as follows:
