NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, November 15, 2000 at 7:50 p.m.
in the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding Annexation.
The said property is located west of 1520 West and U. S. 20, bordered on the north by the
Widdison Addition, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows:
TRACT 1 - Medium Density Residential (MDR)
Commencing at a point 1320 feet South of the Northwest corner of Section 25, Township
6 N., R. 39 E., Boise Meridian, in Madison County, Idaho and running thence East a
