Box 280 12 North Center Street Rexburg, Idaho 83440 Phone (208) 359.3020 Fax (208) 359-3022 e-mail rexburg®srv.net NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, November 21, 2001, at 7:45 A.M. at the Rexburg City Hall, the City Council of Rexburg, Idaho, will hold a public hearing pertaining to the vacating of the a portion of a 16 foot alley in Block 49 of the Rexburg Townsite at the 4th -15th Ward LDS Church located at the corner of I' East and 2nd South in the City of Rexburg, Idaho, described as follows: Beginning at a point that is North 166.00 feet and West 143.50 feet from the SE corner of said Block 49 and running thence West 16 feet; thence North 65 feet; thence East 16 feet; thence South 65 feet to the point of beginning. It is proposed that the property at issue, would be transferred to the property owners on either side adjacent to the portions abandoned in accordance with Idaho Code, Section 50-311. At that time the City Council will hear and consider any and all protest against or comments in favor of the abandonment of said properties DATED this 31" day of October, 2001.
