It is proposed that the property at issue, would be transferred to the property owners on either side adjacent to the portions abandoned in accordance with Idaho Code, Section 50-311. At that time the City Council will hear and consider any and all protest against or comments in favor of the abandonment of said properties DATED this 31" day of October, 2001.
