NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at 7:10 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding
Annexation to the City.
The said property is located at 1042 South 1000 West, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of Section 31, Township 6 N.,
Range 40 East Boise Meridian, and running thence East 706.67 feet; thence
South 676.5 feet; thence West 706.67 feet; thence North 676.5 feet to the point of
beginning.
If the property is annexed it is requested to be zoned High Density Residential 2 (HDR2).
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council will hear all persons
and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval. The City Clerk will
also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M.on June 26, 2001.
