Hwy 191 in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho and is described as follows: Those parcels that are contained in the East half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 E., Boise Meridian. Less those areas previously annexed into the City If annexed to the City the property will remained zoned Heavy Industrial. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed approval.
