REGARDING PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held, Thursday, October 14,
1999, at 7:15 P.M. before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho,
regarding the proposed issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to provide as follows:
That the owner of the following described property be granted a Conditional
Use Permit to allow storage units to be built.
The said property is located at 115 South 21 West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho
and is described as the following:
Commencing at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the Lot 2, Block 47 of the
Original Rexburg Townsite, Madison County, State of Idaho, and running the
East 8 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence West 8 rods; thence South 4 rods
to the place of beginning.
Also, commencing at the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of said Lot 2, Block 47 of
the Original Rexburg Townsite, Madison County, State of Idaho, and running
thence South 4 rods; thence East 12 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence
West 12 rods to the place of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all
objections and recommendations relative to the Conditional Use Permit. The City Clerk will
accept written comments at the City Hall regarding the Conditional Use Permit prior to
4:00 P.M., October 14, 1999. This notice is given to the provisions of Section 67-6509, 67-6511,
Idaho Code and all amended thereof.
All interested persons are invited to attend and offer comments of testimony.
