Parking is not allowed in the front 25' setback. This would apply on both 2nd South and V West. 2. Plot plan identifies part of project being constructed on property outside of the shown boundaries. 3. Show all dimensions for parking spaces and aisles. 4. Show parking aisle traffic direction with arrows. 5. Provide topographical information for lot drainage. 6. Show parking lot storm water catch basins and connection to city storm system. 7. Show approaches built to City of Rexburg specifications. 8. Identify sidewalks (both existing and new). 9. Identify landscaped areas. 10. Provide screening where parking lot borders any residential property. 11. Show water and sewer utility connections. 12. Identify garbage dumpster area. 13. Address any items identified by the Fire Department. These plans are very incomplete and should be corrected prior to Planning and Zoning or Fire Department review. Please make the necessary corrections and return two sets of drawings. I have attached City of Rexburg specifications for sidewalk, handicapped ramps and approaches.
