BUILDING INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Type of Inspections,-- For on-site construction, from time to time the building offic'al, upon
notification from the permit holder or his agent, shall make or cause to be made any necessary
inspections and shall either approve that portion of the construction as completed or shall notify
the permit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to comply with this code.

Inspections of trusses.
FRAME INSPECTION:
Commonly made after the roof, firestooping,a#i fi�aming, draftstopping and
bracing are in place and after the plumbing, mechanical and electrical
rough inspections are approved. (Electrical ins..pection performed through
State of Idaho Electrical Bureau)
LATH AND/UR WALLBOARD INSPECTION

Commonly mads after all lathing and/or wallboard interior is in place, but
before any plaster is applied, or before wallboard joints and fasteners are
taped and finis�ed.
FINAL PLUMBING AND HEATING INSPECTION.,
All systems in place, fixtures set, ready for occupancy
SIDEWALK INSPECTIONS-
0
After forms are set, prior to placing concrete.
FINAL INSPECTION:
Commonly made after the building is completed and ready for occupancy.
11. OCCUPANCY PERMIT:
Issued when, on final insr)ection, building is ready to occupy.
12. OTHER INSPECTIONS.,
In addition to the called inspections above, the building department may
maks or require any ether inspections to ascertain compliance with this
rode and other laws enforced by the buildi"ng department.
INSPECTION CARD
The hermit holder or his went shall dost the �nsaec#ion record an the fob site in an accessible
and conspicuous place to allow the building official to make the re�uired entries. The record
shall be maintained by the permit holder until the final inspection has been made and aRRroved-
f have read the above and will comply in my requests dor inspections by giving 24 HOUR
NOTICE prior for inspections to be made.
