The said property is located at about 408 and 416 West Main Street in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, in Block 28 of the original Rexburg Townsite, in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded Plat thereof, thence west 9.5 Rods; thence north 20 rods; thence east 9.5 rods; thence south 20 rods to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on October 01, 2003.
