REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL BUILDING PERMIT
Pursuant to the provisions of the
building permit be issued fox:
Uniform Building Code, the undersigned requests that a
Footings and Foundations only at:
Airport Road for Pioneer Equipment company
Acknowledgmentis made that the plans for the complex are not compete and that final
approval of the buloldiong will not be given until the final plans have been approved. We,
recognize that proceeding with partial construction at this time is entirely at the risk of the
Arehftect/Owner with there being no assurance t�iat the final Certificate of Occupancy for the
entire building or structure will be granted.
We further absolve the pity of Rexburg and officers and employees thereof, of all responsibility
for the issuance of a partial permit and further agree that any work performed under this permit
will be removed or otherwise corrected to be in accord with the requirements of the final
approved plans when a permit for the entire building or structure i s finally granted.
