Subdivision Process
■ The Developer/Agent submits a completed application and all required
informoflon to the City Planning & zoning Department..
■ The Subdivision is then puff through the pity's Public Nearing process,

Once the Subdivision. has been approved by the City, a preliminary final pkat
review is conducted by GIS, Madison County P&Z and the County Surveyor.
The developer/agent mush submit a copy of the plat immediately after
approval by the City, to the Madison County Planning & Zoning Office.

BUILDING INSPECTION SEQUENCE
Tyke of Inspections- Foy on-site construction, from time to time the building official, upon
notification from the permit holder or his agent, shall make or cause to be mads any necessary
inspections and shall either approve that portion of the construction as ear�plete�d or shah notify
the permit holder or his'agent wherein the same fails to comply with this code.

areas are excavated. Forms and horizontal reinforcing tied in place,
vertical reinforcing cut and on jab site or tied in place.

intended for the support of bearing walls, Partit+ons, siructurai suppor#s, or
