Quinton told Blake that the stairs did not meet the International Residential Cade (IRG} Blake agreed to finish the stairs according to the IRC to be in compliance. While at this location Quinton asked Blake about building perrnits concerning the new construction an the house. Blake stated he didn't haus a permit or thought maybe this new work was covered by an existing permit. Quintan informed Blake he world need to get all the wank and permits in order. Blake agreed he would. i told Bake he had until the end of next week to get things done and organized. Blake seems to believe he doesn't need to take out building permits, follow the IRC, or follow the zoning ordinances.
