This section applies to all of the ftypes of buildings, and shall be applied dun'ng Site Plan Review described in Section 6.. 11 I Ih Multi -family dwelling, 2. Public and institutional buiJd'ngs; and 3. NeIghborhood commercial and mixed use buildings., C. Standards. All buildings which are subject to this Sect -ion shall comply with all of the following standards. An architectural feature may be used to comply with more than one standar, �. -B uidding, Form. The continuous horizontal distance i.e., as measure fi-om end -wall to end -wall) of individual buildings shall not exceed 1F0 feet.
