Columns are on grid lines M.0/4.0, L.0/3.3, F.0/3-.0.rE.0/3-0r E.0/3.3 and E-5/3.3. The walls are at
grid fines N.0/3.0 to ].5/3.0, J.5/2.0 to J.5/3.0, ].5/2.0 to M.0/2.0, M.0/1-0 to P-.0/1.0 and P.0/1.0
to P.0/3.0. Contractor also placed 45 cubic yards of concrete i 1 nto spot footings at grid lines
E.5/3.3, C-0/3-31 C.5/3.0, D.0/3.0 and D.0/3.3. I performed concrete control tests and cast one
set of four cylinders. The slump is 3 1/2" and the air content is 7.0%.

L.0/3.3, FsO/101EO/101 E.0/3.3 and E.5/3.3. The walls are at grid lines N.0/3.0 to J.5/3.0, 7.5/2.0
to J.5/3.0, 1.5/2.0 to M.0/2.0, M.0/1.0 to P.0/1.0 and P.0/1.0 to P.0/3.0. I performed concrete
control tests and cast two sets of four concrete test cylinders. The slump on the first test is 73/4

specifications allow for 50 - 80 degrees so the concrete was allowed to be placed. Contractor
allowed standing water on slabs on deck. until after placement., then doweled off the wafter and
cowered late-.

Section 3300.3.10: Contractor placed 65 cubic yards of concrete at grid lines D.5-3, D.5-33, E-3,
E-3.31 E.5-3.3, F-3 and L-3. I performed concrete control tests on the first and fifth loads. I cast
concrete test cylinders on both loads. First load the slump is 3 1I2rr and the air contend i5 5.2%.
The fifth [clad the sump is 43/4" and the air content is 6.2%. Jacobsen"s was notified about the
high slump and accepted the load.
Section 3300.,3.4: Contractor placed embeds at gridlines ].5-4.7 to K 4.7. K 4.7 to K.8 to M 8 for
stem wails.
Section 3300.3.8: Contractor placed steel reinforcement at gridlines J.5-4.7 to K 4.7, K 4.7 to K.8
to M 8 for stem walls and gridline M 8 to N 84f M.2-7.4 to N7.4 and M-.2
