Upon review of the site plan drawings submitted the following items need to be
addressed:
L Drawing is inaccurate, property due east of proposed project belongs �o
Shelbourne Apartments LLQ, nat Grandview Townhouse Subdivision.
2. WATER SUPPLY: This proposed project shows two hydrants of which only one-
appears
niappears to be accessible. The east h�dr�nis located on the adjacent property that
is currently marginally acceptable for the existing facility.
3. ACCESS: The north parking poi is approximately 458 feet hong without
provisions for a fire ap�aaratus turn -around. Code sues anything in excess of 150
feet shall have means to turn apparatus around.
4. The areas adjacent to the buildings and along the north side without any parking
spaces shall be marked with "�Tv Parking, Fire Lane" in add��iQn to having the
curbs painted red and maintained.
S. FARE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM: Plans indicate buildings to be in excess of 5,0100
square deet which requires a complete ire sprinkler system according to Rexburg
City Ordinance,
