On the above dale; our representative performed, word an the referenced project, as reported below.
MT1's inspector had a telephone conversation wiflh the on site management for this project. It was discussed
that the skybridge that connects the new structure- to the existing structure was nearly complete.

Materials Testing and InspeGtion of Idaho Falls has been the special inspector for the Benson Building
in accordance with the 1997 Uniform Building Cede, Chapter 17. At this point in time they will
continue to act as the special inspectors. T2M has been engaged to check limited specific items on the..,
building. If at a future date the special inspector is replaced, I will notify you of the action.

by the contractor.
We will need to have you iollow up oil cmch of -the reported deficiencies end provide us
with documentation.. Furihermare, it would be helpful to have a meting With the University and
City to once agam' discuss special inspecfions m" general. We could get together at City Hall for a
luncheon meet i*ng at 11:flQ a. m. on Thursday October 23. Please let me know ifthe time and day
of the meeting wifl work for the University and how many attendees to plan for. If you have any
