OTHER STEMS: a. '2 ITEMS NEEDING ACTION. I . The water manifold, ductwork, pwipir�g ouerhead could be in conflict with the exec. panel at the 3 bedroom units in building #12. This was reviewed with Ibex T. and Tim C. The elec. panel can be molded to BR #2 behind the door. Tim C. indicated that he can move the paned without additional cost. The water manifold will also be moved without cost. 2. The framer reviewed the wail at the rear of the center meth. room with arch. Mayes. Plumbing rough -ins are in progress_ 9. Building #12: Framers are sanding wails on the second level. The front concrete columns are in place. 10. Building #15.- Framers are working the 2nd floor plate. OCHER ITEMS: a. !TENS NEEDING ACTION: 1. The sill flashings at the sides of the townhouse mech, roam doors needs to be #riimmed_ This probably occurs at all of the townhouse mechanical rams. 2. The mech. roam drain situation was reviewed by Randy Hayes, Robert Clements, Rex Thomas and Randy Gonzales. The mech. contractor will submit two cash proposals. One to revise the drain pansin buildings 8 - 1 6, and one to go back through 1 - 7 and chane the drain pans and condensate lin-es at the upper floor enter mesh rooms. Steps in concrete footings shall have full footing turned vertically complete with rebar , keyway in vertical portion not required. The underground utilities are nearly complete to the area of building #5 from the east down. Crews ars working an the fire hydrant near budding #4. Equipment is compacting and leveling and rough grading. 3. Utility work is also contin uing rear the north west corner of the site. 4. Trenching for the power and communications near the easy end of the site is continuing, OTHER ITEMS: a. At this paint, it appears that some rock beneath building #14 will have to be removed, b. Both culverts along 7th So. need to be 18 inch diameter. The contractor will take steps to make the westernmost culvert 18". The easternmost culvert was installed prematurely and is only a 15" diameter. It will have to be removed and replaced. C. Charles Andersen helped in the decision to add shit -ofd valves for the water services at the paint where the service leases tete main line in the parking dot. We will eliminate the salves that are 5 ft. outside the buildings. !TENS NEEDING ACTION: 1. The Architects have received a couple of contractor cost proposals. These will be reviewed at the next construction meeting on April 9th. 2, Bret McGowan needs to get copies of ail proposal requests, etc. that come from the Architect. Crews are backfilling and compacting the east end of Bldg. #1. Crews are also cleaning up the concrete wall surfaces at Bldg. #1. Underslab plumbing should begin in a couple of days. 3. Crews are dampproofing the easy end of Bldg. #2. 4. Site Utilities are continuing. Some rack removal is also continuing. 5. Two tractor/trailers full of dumber arrived at the site this morning. OTHER ITEMS: a The ArchiterCt, Superintendent and Earthwork Contractor met on site to review the storm drains around the buildings. The 8" pipe inlets will be set right noxi to the outside edge of the concrete mow strips. b. the Architect, Superintendent and Concrete Contractor net on site to review the crack control and the perimeter expansion at the floor slabs. The expansion material can be deleted where the floor slab is right above the footing. The rigid insulation can run all the way up the inside of the wall where the floor slab is 3or so above the footing. Building #2: Backfill inside of the foundation is being placed and compacted. Some of the under slab Plumbing is inplace in the center units. The storm drain system is in progress. 3. Building #3.- Foundation wars are partilally poured. Crew is seting corms for the remainder of the foundation. Dampproofing is being applied to the foundation that is in place. 4. Building #4: Footings are En place and the wall rebar is in place. The footings have not been dampproofed yet, 5. Building #5: The foofings are ire place. 6. Building #6: The building pad is prepped and the layout for the footings is in progress. 7. Earthwork and building pad preparation continues on the south end of the site. 8. Where do sections 1/A3,3 and 21A3.3 appy? These sections are to show the non -exterior shear wall cases...... and, in the case of 1IA3.3, to show how the shear connection gets made up through the structure when the shear wall may not necessarily fall an a floor joist. Also shows shear ply getting attached at the roof. 1 1A3.3 does not need to go to the roof. 2IA3.3 will still go to the roof behind the mech_ closet at the end of the stair. d.
