RFI Description/Title:
Question Concerning storm Drains at Bldg. #3 & #7
To: Bateman -Hall Inc. Attention. issued By:
Fax 524-4435 10. Dail Clements Randy Hayes
Written Description of Proposed solution/Clarification (Attach Sketches as Required)-.
1.
Atbuilding#3,- There are three options availably for the storm drain for this building.
a. The drain dor the entire building could be tied to the catch basin to the south
west of building #3.
b. The drainage forthe upper end of the building could be died to thestub from
SDMH #1..... fhEs stub is already installed. The drainage for the Tower end of
the building, could be tied to the catch basin to the southwest of building #;3.
C' The stub from SDMH #1 could be reinstalled at a fewer elevation to allow the
building drain to be deep enough to meet the 3'of paver.
The most cosi effective solution should be pursued. Review with Brei McGowan.
2. At building #7: Run the storm drain dor this building to SDMH #3. The building drain layout would be
similar to a mirror image of building #5. The invert of the drain stub wou7
ld be approx.
