Type of Inspections: For on-site construction, from time to time the bijuilding official, upon
notification from the permit holder or his agent, sail make or cause to be made any necessary
inspections and shah either aaprove that porfion of the construction as completed or steal! notify
the permit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to Comply with this codv-a.

unless all the spaces are across the aisle. Move the handicapped- over next to
the building.,
2. Please identify trash facilities on the! site plan.
3. Change the design criteria, from X997 UBC to the. Z000 IBC. The building
tvPe �s Type VB. Seismic and ��nd are handled differently.itn the neve code.
Please chane coyer sheep and submit calculations.
4. We adopted the 2,000 International Energy Conservation bode (LECC) this
January Is. Please submit an energy evaluation as Per this. code. Please
identify insulation location and r -value, window u -value, heating �qu�pment
