We have also determuned that the city has adequate capacity m' our water systems and wastewater system to meet the demands resulting from the development of this subdivision. The developer will be paying connection fees that will be used for the expansion of our systems capacities. Water and waste water mains are adjacent to this development and the city has planned four several years for this area to be developed. VVe are requiring that as constructed plans and test results be submitted prior to our acceptance of this or any other development. Stephen Allred, Director We lave reviewed the plans and specifications for the Proposed water and sewer design. The project plans and specifications appear to meet State standards and are hereby approved conditional on the following modifications to the project plans: 1. Ref, sheet I -. Water Notes, # 1 and 13: Nate 1 should clarify which specification will prevail if there is conflicting information between the two listed. Note 13 should be modified to read "The waterline constructions shall conform to IDAPA 58.01-08 Idaho Rule for public Dra -nking Water Systems" . 2. Ref. Sheet 1: Sewer Nates 9, 18 and 24: Notes 9 and 24 are redundant. Note 1$ should be modified and reference to the {City of Idaho Falls should be deleted in the context of this nvtx;. If construction is not complete by the expiration date, plans will need to be resubmitted for approval before further construction proceeds. Within 30 days after construction, a professional engineer registered in the Skate of Idaho must provide this office with as -built plans, or a letter of certification stating that the project was installed substantially according the approved design. A copy of the approved design and specifications will be kept on fide at this office. Please reference DhQ No. 03-10-33 when submitting any future correspondence related to this project.
